John Ostime
Co-Founder and CEO
 

John Ostime, Co-Founder and CEO, brings to IGONET™ over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. His distinguished career began as a Systems Engineer at IBM Canada, and includes titles such as Director of Telecom Services at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Chief Operating Officer at ACN Canada.

 There, he built a full-service telecom reseller company from scratch. At ACN, John began his professional relationship with fellow Co-Founder JD Sullivan, a principal founder of ACN.

As ACN's success expanded beyond North America, John became Executive Vice President of International Development. In that role, he created operational companies in the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands. This European enterprise supported over 45 million minutes of monthly long distance usage. Prior to launching IGONET™ in 2004, Ostime served as Vice President of Carrier relations at Sprint Canada.

JD Sullivan
Principal Partner and Co-Founder
 

JD Sullivan, Principal Partner and Co-Founder, carries a successful 16-year track record in the telecommunications industry. His entrepreneurial career began while still in high school and grew to include positions such as Secretary, Treasurer and Co-Founder of ACN, one of the world's largest

network marketing companies.  With Sullivan's help, ACN became the 22nd fastest-growing, privately held company after just five years with over one million customers.

During ACN's international expansion, JD became involved with fellow IGONET™ Co-Founder and CEO, John Ostime. As Principal Partner at ACN, JD created a $450 million company and managed its 1000 employees until his retirement in 2000.

The opportunity to launch IGONET™ brought JD out of retirement in 2004.

Steve O'Brien
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Steve O'Brien, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North America, brings to IGONET™ 25 years as a professional broadcaster including tenure at all three of the major networks. While hosting nationally syndicated business interview programs, he was also featured on radio shows in New York City. Steve was seen for years on the Travel

Channel, and recently on comedy segments for programs including "Late Night with David Letterman."

In addition to Steve's performing and writing skills, his business experience includes owning nationally franchised businesses with offices in seven cities. Plus, with over ten years experience in network marketing, IGONET™ was a perfect fit.

Theresa Madeiros
Director of Finance

Theresa Madeiros, Director of Finance, is responsible for IGONET™'s accounting and account management. Theresa has over 20 years of business experience in Accounting and International Finance. Before joining the IGONET™ team, she worked with Chevron International, Ltd, in their insurance investments and branch/ subsidiary financing. She also served as Chevron's Finance Administrator for Center Solutions Limited in Bermuda, managing their securities, Letter of Credit facilities and trust accounts.

Maggie Thomacos
Director of Support Services

Maggie Thomacos, Director of Support Services, brings IGONET™ her 20 years of management experience in Customer Service. Maggie's sparkling personality inspires our entire Customer Service Department and Independent Representative Support team. Prior to joining IGONET™, Maggie was North American Customer Service Manager for Scapa, N.A., a global manufacturing operation specializing in the production of pressure sensitive adhesives.

Maggie's winning ways also helped her win management positions in the Printing and Graphics industry and at several four-star restaurants.
